NAPE was at the National Assembly Public hearing on the Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Bill. on 18th April, 2024.
During the hearing, we presented a detailed memorandum to the House committee, outlining our recommendations and concerns about the proposed bill. The memorandum covered various aspects of the bill, such as its potential impact on the Nigerian oil and gas industry, its alignment with the country’s local content policy, and its compliance with international best practices.
