This 4-day Petrophysics course focuses on open hole and cased hole logging and covers all the basics of data acquisition and interpretation. Latest generation technology services will also be reviewed and their use described, with emphasis to local applications. This include Nuclear Magnetic resonance, Dielectric Dispersion, Elemental Spectroscopy, Wireline Formation Testing and Borehole Images. An overview of Logging while
Drilling will also be provided. Real log data from the region would be used during a daily workshop allocate to help the participants to familiarize with the topics presented and demonstrate the log measurements applicability to actual case studies.
Chiara Cavalleri is a Petrotechnical expert working primarily in the field of Wireline logging and related Data Services, acting as an essential technical and communications link between customer, logging operations, data processing and interpretation, and management. This is particularly the case concerning selection of wireline services, advanced answer products, and data analysis for formation evaluation.
